Yes. All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, available to clients throughout Massachusetts, Florida, and Vermont. If you prefer, therapy can also be arranged via phone sessions.
Your first session is a chance for you to get to know me and my style and approach, get comfortable, and explore what's bringing you to therapy. We'll start identifying what you want to work on, and I'll suggest which approaches could be most helpful. We work together throughout this process. No. While my areas of clinical focus are anxiety, perfectionism, and codependent relationship patterns, I welcome clients facing a range of challenges including depression, trauma, life transitions, family relationship difficulties, and stress management. We understand life happens! We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
